    This is a great book because it offers everything I needed to know about the foods without having to wade through the unnecessary filler that I find in many books like this. It’s an easy read for anyone and the information in it is certainly eye opening as to what the individual foods can offer as health benefits. I will certainly be making changes to my diet after reading this. Well worth having in your library if you want to improve your health.
